Standard Scope of Work
We build custom checklists for every facility, but here is our foundational standard.
Daily Scope
- ✓Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners
- ✓Sanitize and restock restrooms
- ✓Wipe down breakroom tables and counters
- ✓Vacuum high-traffic areas and sweep/mop hard floors
- ✓Wipe front reception desk
Weekly Scope
- ✓Dust high surfaces, ledges, and picture frames
- ✓Thoroughly mop all hard surface floors
- ✓Disinfect common door handles and light switches
- ✓Wipe down interior glass and entry doors
Monthly/Deep Cleaning
- ✓Spot clean carpets (as needed)
- ✓Polish hard floors and elevator tracks
- ✓Wipe down baseboards and chair rails
- ✓Dust ceiling vents and fan blades
